All parcel operations can be managed through Business Portal – from creating parcels to monitoring parcels created via APIs. Each parcel can be assigned to a courier to deliver it or left in an “up for grabs” bucket, where the courier self-assigns the parcel by picking it up and scanning it. Each parcel has a full log of all events – from creation to final delivery.
When Business Portal is used as a standalone solution, parcel import and export are available. Simply import a list in an Excel / CSV format to create parcels in the portal. Any set of parcels can also be exported from the portal to be handled in other systems.

Parcels can be directed to D-Spaces either by directly addressing (i.e. parcel locker address / ZIP included in the address on the parcel) or by allowing recipients to redirect every single parcel. system can send out SMS messages with a link to a redirect page, where the customer selects a location of parcel locker to have the parcel delivered.
